    I'm in the same boat as you man. Recently went on a "relapse spree" and I feel horrible about it. The thing that worked for me is to follow the thing I've always done before... GET UP AND DO IT AGAIN. FORGET YOUR PAST (AND RECENT) FAILURE. TOLERATE YOUR CURRENT PAIN. DO IT AGAIN. You logically know it's worth it, now bite the bullet LIVE IT. You better believe you deserve more.
