I know what you mean. Ive started quitting countless times. just living the moment now and taking it one day at a time. day one done has been hard lets see how tomorrow goes
1 more thing (if it’s not 2 much). when at age 25 after 13 years of smoking, 1 year of having stopped, and 9 years of frequent stop and go....I finally quit smoking I had realized that “stopping” was easy (that could happen every time I finished a cigarette) but not starting up again was the daily challenge. it required living differently...for several years, until it was all behind me. just sayin’…
