    Im also on day , feeling a bit wonky today, but believe me its better to feel all wonky than to give in and have the regret of giving in and then getting depressed etc. Control those thoughts! Ive had extreme urges in the past and when i just stick it out they are always gone the next day. Here is to the next 7 days!
