    Urges will come and go for quite awhile. It's easy to get frustrated by it and start to doubt your reboot. Be patient and continue to get past them. It's during the urges that you're actually doing the rewiring!

    There is a lot of different things that lead up to my current streak. I think it is all about mindset. Realize that NoFap is the only way to go. Cut out everything that prevents you from reaching it. Never believe that voice who keeps asking you if it is worth it.
