    Nofap isn't about counting days or hours. That counting action actually compels you to relapse eventually. Nofap is a lifestyle change. Don't count the hours, but count how many positive habits you pick up once your PMO habit has been replaced.

    Don't count. Let your counter do that. The more you focus on the time you've gone without PMO, the more likely you are to relapse.
