Hi JG. The struggle and mood swings are actually a good sign that your brain is healing. You are starving your brain of the addiction. Keep abstaining from watching P and be very careful not to engage in Psubs like Instagram, Youtube, Tindr, FB, etc...unless you can use these responsibly and not just zone out/fantasize about attractive people.
It's important to recognize that the struggle is not what life is like without P. It's just a temporary condition as your brain relearns to balance it's chemicals after all the dopamine binges P gave it.
