Congrats, guy! Progress is progress.... but you can do even better! For many years, I thought my D was in control and that I had to obey it; nonsense: it is not, I am, and when I (figuratively) say "sit" (or "down") and I move on to other things in my mind... it follows. Haven't tried cold showers myself but others swear by them. Best of success, bro!
