Taking it an hour at a time. Literally. Check myself at H:45 and offer a prayer, take a breath. Do whatever I need to do to not P/M.

Well, damn. 30 minutes short of 5 days and have to start all over again. But I am starting over again.

Awake and working on the house on Day 5. I think I can make this one, too and have 5 solid days of success, but it'll be rough: I'm horny.

Can't say it's been easy, but four days solid now. Time for bed. I can't look at P in my sleep.

Another night well slept and safely awakened. Out of bed without M and starting in on the day's chores. Closing in on 4 days.

Definitely feeling the pressure this afternoon. I need to get a few emails sent out and then get the hell out of the office and go home.

48 hours. Two solid days. Not much, but it's a start. I am actually doing something about this problem and it feels good.
