It's a work in progress. It does no one any good in a local file. @2525 proposed a plugin for profiles, and that looks like a good option.

Short of that, yes, a post in an area like Rebooting that each user can edit and put their quotes into. It would be rad to see the NETWORK of favorite postings.. showing most likes, most favorited, etc. Forums are just so flat by nature :(
