Yeah, I highly recommend it since it won't embarass you in public like pushups and it's pretty darn effective.

@vxlccm: yeah sort of hahaha I did test it twice. Yesterday I saw a nude photo when I was browsing then I tried this trick and the urge is gone like magic.

Do you visualize something.. watch a clock.. any other strategy with it? Good point about it working in public!
