I just threw in the basket a streak of 88 days. I just say that. So, I would say, it is going good but it is so easy to make a mistake. We have to be perfect and that is very difficult.
I built around myself a system of people, friends, and girlfriend that are hopefully ready to help me, and then a group of habits and thoughts I learned to develope my life.
I am very happy of doing this as I can feel my brain is getting cleaner, and I am wasting less and less time. It is really changing me, even though the process is slowly and very well hidden.
