    Well, I used to have 0-20% function and feeling for years until a few multiple month nofap streaks (I could still have super weak Os,) taking 600mg of magnesium a day, and quitting video games for a while.

    I think this condition is caused mostly by improper androgenic and adrenaline functioning.
