      big progress last year...now rock bottom. NO WAY BUT UP!

      170 days, or thereabouts, no PMO...feel great about that now want to MO less.

      Starting 14 +days no MO. Did 90 days hard reset, and then some. Still no PMO-reallly happy & proud of that- but feel myself slipping.

        Keep holding on and try to find as many ways as possible to express yourself and your emotions. Do some sport, try art, spend time with people you love.
        Most importantly, do NOT be harsh to yourself, I remember when I was at that stage I used to think about all the time that is left for me to feel better.
        Progress is one step at a time.

        what i found out after a year that it is useless to be harsh on yourself or feel half as good as you are because thats bullshit.I recommend a spreadsheet. Not everyone can get to 90days while building their lifes up because that is incredibly harder. If you PMO 10times a month i would try to cut it to once a week so you would be PMO'ing much less. Also i recommend building up your testosterone.
