I have been having relapses during dawn (1 am to 5 am). When I struggle to get to sleep, I relapse. My anxiety is the responsible for not letting me sleep properly.
Don't beat yourself up--I know you feel shitty right now but calling yourself a loser and reinforcing the bad feelings you have about yourself is only going to make things worse. Keep your head up
