    Yes it is :') i start fight with this habit almost a year it getting worst last few month, i just think that there is no way out from this habit and its make me so depressed, anyway thanks for your advice :)

    @WayZee yes i do, i did'nt know what the trigger is, i feel that suddenly i want to watch a haram stuff, i try to avoid them by playing game but that does not work to me. I think the trigger is when i was surfing internet, i try to limit my internet quota and that dosn't work too. Maybe you can give me a better solution :)
