    Thanks for checking in!
Well so far, I'm keeping a journal and I'm part of a 30 day challenge for PMO and seven days in today. Feels good so far, though its frustrating with the PMO for obvious reasons. My main goal in this is to give up porn entirely, its seriously fucked with my dopamine receptors.
    How about you?

G'day mate, it's going fine thanks!

Day 7, going on Day 8. I think I'm going to succeed this time, provided that I keep busy with computing and foreign language study, my two passions in life. And there's meditation; the more of that, the better!

FYI, dopamine is generated by doing new and/or familiar activities that stimulate and engage you. It can be anything from developing software to feeding the cat, as long as it makes you happy.

You WILL recover if you keep at it. Shit, man, I got up to 161 days last year. If I can do that, anyone can!

Best of luck to you, my good man. Keep in touch and keep motivated!

Thanks man, I'm already starting to notice differences, which is a good thing. Porn muddled the waters so much that I've literally in the last year had no motivation to do anything, no sense of drive, and no major rewards from doing the things that I should, so I felt it was time to seriously tackle this.
What language are you currently studying?

Polish :) (I love a challenge, eh!) Been doing it for a couple years now on and off, only started studying it daily since November.

So, you're taking a stand against this porn addiction. You know, I see so many people join NoFap and successfully recover, to the benefit of every area of their lives. It's so good to see that you've gotten the ball rolling and are changing your life for the better!
