    Well , i'll be straight to the point : i'm 18 years old , and currently lost in my life ... i realised today that it , this stupid habit , had to stop. I feel too much ashamed , stupifd , lonely , weird etc.. I always find excuses like "everyone does it" or "it's ok" but today there's no more . I'm tired of this drowning habit ? Then I must quit it. Period. (sorry if i seemed weird , let's just say i needed to tell it)
