    Fight on friend.. I would suggest go for the hard mode..stop any real or virtual audio ,video.literary ..erotica..stay away from anything's..that's weakens you...even then normal urge will come..,transmute by working out,meditate..or anything..positive..donot touch..donot edge...and keep fighting.. .
