Just make a note in your diary about why it happened and start doing some positive things regularly (such as exercise and meditation). Read a couple of success stories on here as well.

First of all understand the pattern that leads you to watch porn. Understand why you watch porn ? Understand how to break the chain of action that leads you to porn. No I am not talking about "Porn-Blockers"
