Doing ok man I'm on day 6 feeling ok, just gotta keep working on myself and being honest with my family. I'm not using this site as much but hopefully I'll check in on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Hey man, hope you're doing well. I'm still trying to live my best life here but have been feeling kind of stagnant in progress. Lately I tried to make my internet more safe and being more organized with time and school responsibilities, but urges still come and I give in.

Studying well, maintaining better sleep, socializing with friends, effortful stuff that's good for my health.

His Man of Action series and Sexual Self Mastery series are good. MoA is more general about self improvement, SSMS is specific to NF. I did MoA first to get a basis, also cuz SSMS is kinda long. The P free FAQ's is more for if you got a question that's a faq that you need an answer for.

Sounds good yeah I saw one of the MoA and it was really good! I'll have to check the others out.
