    It’s more about taking my mind of fapping just before bed than helping with sleep. My sleep hasn’t been too bad at the moment, I’m more concerned of breaking my streak and once I’m more confident on that I can focus on my sleep. Do you take cold showers?

    Alright, then it's great. Yes, I take cold showers. It's been 40 days I guess, but I take them in the middle of my day. I say this because cold showers wake me up you know, so taking them before going to sleep might not be a good idea.
