    1. Have discipline and purpose. Motivation is important to start something, but it goes quickly and even if you had enough, motivation can't control addiction.
    2. Investigate. Addiction is more a symptom of other problem than a problem itself. I recommend start writing in a diary and start other good habits.
    3. Relax. Relapses are just normal.
