Hii guys, came for morning. walk my leg hurts. May be because of lack of sleep or over masturbation. I am doing this 3-5 times daily. Awful.

Fapped for the third time.. seeking help for getting my energy back.. please help

I will start with one day goal I will not masturbate on 02 Oct 2020 and just try to best in my study..

I thinking I must use some sort to alcohol or something once in 14 days to overcome this feeling

I did nofap earlier but it made me suffering from fever in 7 days.. my flatline came in 14 days and I relapsed..

This NoFap thing has ruined my self confidence

Gathering my strength again and I will start NoFap again.
