    I enjoyed a period of consistently waking up very early and it was great! It’s a very liberating feeling; because no one will call or impose themselves (either directly or indirectly) upon you, the time is completely yours to enjoy.

    This is one of the reasons why I am trying my hardest to ensure I do not relapse. Wearing more than one layer underneath when going to bed. Shutting my phone off. All of these small habits will eventually mean something in the long run.
