I couldn’t get through the night twice in one night what is wrong with me

Unless the addiction created my difficulty with sleeping to begin with, which is likely, but I can’t tell

I’d probably beat this shit already if I didn’t have such difficulty putting myself to sleep

I’m at a really weird point where I’m creating and deleting Deviantart accounts to fuel the addiction

It’s such a weird feeling because I’m not in control of my body, which sounds bullshit which it is

I the urges me late at night, almost always at around 11:00 when I’m trying to sleep

Tbh I shouldn’t blame other stresses in life. It’s on me that I used. I am strong enough to cope, and I will be more responsible
