    Hi brother, just take time to reflect on things. Ask yourself why you're struggling. Mostly it's avoiding something irl, unconsciously maybe. I turned to pmo before mainly out of loneliness and hurting from a broken relationship, but sometimes it's not that obvious i guess... Keep trying my friend, one day at the time, all my best for your future !
