End of day 0. Have been goijg through some mental breakdowns. Gonna give my best
I edge at the early morning, so back to day 1
This was a hard day, work was stressful. But I need to relax
Taking one day at the time.
Day 3. I don't feel much of a difference. Feel. Exhausted because of work. Gonna read, get ready to work and go tk bed super early.
Day 2. Got to work, then home. Talked to my mom and my AP. I wanted to PMO but decided to leave the urge hit
It is, also helps me to sleep.
And also buy a gift I have to give for Friday.
1- Clean my room
2- Cook lunch
3- Read good books
4- Do some work I have pending
5- Plan my week
6- Smoke, meditate and go to bed early.
Day 1, yesterday washed my clothes and smoked weed. Went to bed at 7:20 and woke up today at 6:20. Slept like a baby. This will be my day:
