Sometimes all you need is a little vision and faith.
The time is now. Hold onto a better vision of your life. Use it to grow and guide your actions.
What a great weekend. Remember that life is meant to be shared. The reason you might be abusing PMO may be your fear of rejection.
Then you're not truly living. Get out the of your room, home, isolation. Go do something new. Expand, explore, search. Allow "life" into your life :)
Take it one day at a time. Keep your hands and your mind busy!
Remember that in addition to leaving behind PMO you also need to be building a new life and habits. The addiction is only half the battle.
Today is a day of reflection. I am going to sit down amd explore who i want to be. How can i grow if i don't have a guide?

I don't know if this addiction is a stand alone problem or simply a form of self medicating. No one should feel this powerless. =/
