Concentrate on the positive. The run was a positive action. Avoid relapsing and focus on the good.
Berating yourself and begrudging your circumstances will drain the energy and motivation to reboot. We deserve to be PMO free!
The battle is basically withdrawals. The addiction is battling for its relevancy, and while it feels awful, we can manage it. Good luck.
