Day 71. Lacked focus but at least I moved around a little bit.

Day 69 took a few weeks off.
Day 53 completed on Thanksgiving. Good hard run. Approx 3 mile run.
Walked-ran approx 3 miles/a bit sweaty. Legs feel worked from 3 days running over the past 5 days.

Day 47 walked into the the gym yet almost chose not to exercise. Chose to run outside instead. Loved it!
