Officially it's day 3. I just let the counter do the thing, but not changing the date here, trying not to make myself to feel sad :)
Day 11 Brain fog remains unchanged. Takes time to recover.
Day 10 Go swimming again, trying to use the reserved energy in a positive way. Maybe swimming can become my habit in the coming future.
