    I’ve been on and off NoFap for a long time. Usually I would go a week or so only to binge and be entrapped again in the addiction like a dog that returns to eat it’s own vomit. I hit rock-bottom and at that moment I would have rather died than be a PMO addict. I’ve been addicted since I was 14...

    So, Im in this for at least a year. I were pretty shy, had very narrow circle of friends which didn't include girls. They were my high school buddies. I'm almost 23 btw. Most of the time we smoked pot or played Dota 2. My first long streak was ~20 days, but I couldn't see any improvements...
