airpods

Does anyone know of any good headphones/earphones to use in the summer? I have some decent Skullcandy headphones, but now that the weather has gotten warmer, using them makes me feel hotter. The answer might be to get earphones but using them tends to trigger my tinnitus. I would want earphones...
