    I've just P'd to some internet roleplay (I didn't get very far, just some general flirting and talking about certain kinks) and I've got a problem. I can't be online because I'm in this weird cycle of using NoFap to increase my successes in P (roleplay). I'm doing the same by even applying books...

    After a terrible end to 2017 i had to take time out of work to tackle the problems i’d been struggling with. After having months of CBT therapy I have to say that it really helped me. I return to work next week but maybe you can imagine my horror when i last week realised i have a porn...
