Hey, I spent the last few months reading countless studies that prove or find no proof behind NoFap benefits I decided to write an article about what I found, I hope this helps some of you; my goal is so everyone has enough information to decide wether abstinence is good for them or not also...

Posting in this forum because there is no other place to put a scientific evidence about NoFap. I would propose we create a sub-forum for this, so that, not only we can keep posting new scientific evidence, we might be able to carry out experiments and estimate few interesting things. Anyways...
