    Age 29 - Reboot and thoughts of self-harm

    Hey guys... Is it normal to have thoughts of cutting myself almost 30 days in? I've been plenty happy/sad with the ups and downs in life, but I've never EVER considered causing harm to myself as an outlet. Thanks
