limiting triggers and setting up safegaurds

    Hello fellow fapstronauts,
    Brief history of myself I'm 30 years old, single, live alone.
    I've knowingly struggled with porn addiction for a long time. It really set in that I had a problem when PMO went from taking over my free time to interfering with my work and social life. And I believe PMO symptoms like numb emotion and sexual performance issues was a major factor in the ending of a 2 year relationship.
    I've known about the nofap and your brain on porn community for a couple years.
    I finally willing to participate in the community and face this problem.

    I'd like to hear some methods and techniques that you guys use for dealing with the triggers and the low points. Its easy to set goals and have great intentions going into a reboot, but as all you know will power isn't enough.

    My biggest triggers would have to be the highs and lows I get from dating. And I drink more then a should so well im drunk and have little control or the following up hang over I binge for the dopamine rush.

    So the whole point of my post, I wish to share and receive feed back on our experiences and find what works to get thew the hard times.

    PC - I've had a lot of Success with K9 web protection on my PC - I had to make a new email (that I do not have access to) for the account

    Android phone - Seems to be my new gateway, I've had no luck finding an app that I can't easily bypass.(Really want help with this one) debated going back to "dumb" phone or keeping phone in another room when I'm home?

    Hobbies - I don't have many hobbies so I've been trying to find some. Bought a mountain bike, need to pursue more social event with friends, been learning a bit of programming with arduino. Video games, But I think less time in front of the screen would be more beneficial

    Exercise - I've heard a lot of you say that you started going to the gym, I current don't but Im working on being more active with my free time

    Mediation - Not really sure what this involves

    Social media - I just blocked the dating account I had. Gotta love yourself first, right!
    delete facebook and the chive app from phone

    Drinking - I haven't been keeping beer stocked in the house. Still planning to drink socially but will have to limit the amount. Maybe by discussing with friends and I don't wish to get drunk or volunteering as DD
