Check to see how you're feeling. don't lie to yourself

Focus on your breath. place the attention on your breath as it comes in, and follow it through your nose all the way down to your lungs. Don't try to control it. Just live it. Stay focused. If you don't, that's ok. That's part of the process.

Don't worry about what you're doing wrong. You have to let go of the things you can't control. Just feel it.

What's the most happiest moment you've lived in your entire life ? Imagine the scene. Focus on the smallest details.

If you're sensitive like me you can listen to calm/heart touching musics. It will help you.
