Shame is the feeling that we are flawed and unworthy of love. Using porn creates shame, which isolates us, and we return to porn to cope. We call this the shame cycle.”

Still single as of writing this, but regardless my future wife whoever she is, wherever she is deserves a better version of me that’s genuinely respectful, loving, loyal, strong, disciplined, respectful, vulnerable with her, and self-aware with self-control. That’s the type of man that I’m becoming. Not just for her, but because I CHOOSE to, out of freewill to become healthier, stronger, and to heal the pathologies, programming, distortions, addictions, that I’m still dealing with.
This is not easy, and it’s probably one of the toughest things I’ve consciously faced in this life thus far. It’s been over 3 years since I became more aware of this, but have been constantly hitting rock bottom sensations recently.
Gotta drop the guilt, shame, and forgive ourselves. Holding compassion and being disciplined with dedication and perseverance, keeping in mind of why one’s committed, what’s on the line, what serves their highest expressions are some things that’ll help on this journey towards freedom!
Don’t give up, you got this. There’s no such thing as a “point of no return”. As long you’re here still breathing, it’s a new moment. Live in the present, don’t be stuck in the past or dwell on the future. Be here now
