    Namaste Friends:emoji_pray:, welcome to Meditation and Yoga Exercise Challenge . the only goal of this challenge is for all to healthy by meditation and yoga etc.
    Rules

    1.We have to meditate and yoga every day.
    2. We have to meditate for 15 to 1 hour and do yoga. Apart from yoga, you can do any other exercise. But meditation is must.
    3. Sending by post how much meditation and exercise you did every day. And share your experience.
    4. How long have you been doing this and post your rank.

    Let you know about meditation and yoga. And practice it to avoid PMO.

    5-30 Days ~ The Good Meditator

    You'll feel energetic throughout the day. And confidence will increase. Your focus center capacity will increase. That will make you a good meditator.

    30-100 Days ~ The Great Meditator

    You'll be able to control your brain. In order to control your emotions. Hence, you will be able to skip the PMO easily. That will make you do a great meditator.

    100-........ Days ~ The God Meditator

    This situation is not necessarily achieved after 100 days only. it may take too long to achieve it. This is a situation where one can praise God. Because in this situation the person is able to realize God. In olden times, the Buddha used to the God Maditator. Who had attained enlightenment through meditation. At this stage, our memory power becomes very high. And we control all the senses.

    Tips
    1. Meditation and Yoga should be done every morning.
    2. Sleep well enough.
    3. Eat Perfect diet.
    4. Busy in your goal.
    5. Happy & freely live your life.

    1 Day of Maditation & Yoga (MY)

    Today I did meditation only for 10 minutes. I did the yoga for 15 minutes. Due to heavy rainfall I could not go out. So I did meditation and yoga at home only. After doing it I feel energetic whole day. That is to say that laziness does not come.

    Exercise is always good before meditation, more energy in the body, more awareness! I will have a second meditation soon too

    I did meditation in morning 4:00AM to 4:30AM (30Mins) and did yoga.Now, I want to do it continuously.

    I arrived home in the evening after the train and did it before going to bed! Like a breath of air

    Day 6 - 10 minutes charging 20 minutes breathing techniques 20 minutes of meditation If you ask what is meditation? Our mind is constantly either in the past or in the future, when we return our mind to the present moment this is meditation. How to do it - follow through your heart
