    Hi, I've been a heavy porn user for about 7 years, and I've been trying to quit for 5. I believe I had great attempts, being 57 abstinence has been my best shot. I've learned a lot about psychology, neurobiology, and brain chemistry to understand and try to solve the problem myself, but I realized the actual force to help me through this is mind-related people helping each other, so here I am. Hello everyone!
