34 days. I don't see much improvement in my mental capabilities like good concentration and memory. Sometimes i get too angery easily. But i do feel less anxiety and more energy.

@MHero In my case I hid 14 years from my parents when I discovered porn and my father enjoyed catching and shaming me.
