Still i m a genin after relapsing 2 time in 20 days each at 10th day.

New here 2 days. been failing lots of streaks, here to overcome it this year.

 

Day 3 - urges coming in going to workout

 

Day 4 urges strong but less than yesterday. Happy with myself for not giving in. The only tough days are with strong urges. At some point for weeks at a time there will be zero to weak urges that'll build streak fast but out of nowhere strong urges hit heavy. Those are the days to fight. Looking to leave behind these habits forever and heal brain from this. Hopefully I can still recover fully. We got this guys!
