Day 10 check-in
Yesterday I had a moment of weakness and started accessing those X sites. I found out I have a trigger. When I'm working on my PhD and I get bad results from my experiments, I feel like ending my streak.

Despite this desire yesterday, I remembered my why I started this. And I didn't even get to do edging. I remain firm.

 

Unfortunately, after 38 days I relapsed today.
I'm aware that my biggest issue now is Lighter forms of P, which my inner voice tells me that won't be bad for me but I know that's not correct. Must address this and go right back on track ASAP

One week completed . Now i feel resentment hitting me , which obviously tells me you are a loser , go and fall for pleasure , you are a loser, you can't win this battle.
But i won't let it happen, i won't fall, there are beings that need me and i'm not created for a failure , fire up ahhhh

Day 12 check in

One great thing about nofap is vivid dreams and some lucid dreams, but so far I don't remember having a morning erection or wet dreaming. I'm really on an empty tank

What was your best streak? Because in my case, upon a certain point I started to have them

 

My longest streak was 20 days without PMO. I've had wet dreams and mornings before this streak, but in this sequence I'm on is taking a while.

 

I relapsed. There is no secret, never take the first step, even when you're under trigger. You have to be stronger than your urges. I will try harder in this new streak. Never lose sight of your motivation.
