    Hi -

I am circumsised and age 30. I have abstained from masturbation before for 60 days and was able to cum from sex for the very first time in my life - but there is still very little sensitivity in my penis.

I just had a girlfriend now and she would touch my penis and I can't even feel it.

I believe that there is serious nerve damage and/or some other damage from a life full of death grip syndrome.

Is there an operation that I can get to significantly increase the nerve endings and restore a tonne of sensitivity?

This is a physical problem now

    Thanks

    Thanks for all advice!

Would 90 days - 180 days with no masturbation, no porn etc. without touching myself at all be enough do you think to reboot?

Do you mean for life? Like never, ever do it again? I am cool with doing that if it fixes this problem - but has anyone been in the exact same boat as me and never cum from sex till age 30 and have rebooted successfully doing the same thing?

Also do you recommend any mosisturiser or something to put on my penis to soften it up.. I have read about this Man1 Man oil but I think could be crap

  5. Many members report this. Many of us have become used to Kung Fu Grip and our meat puppets become severely desensitized as a result. Nerve damage can take awhile to heal but it seems like sensitivity does come back. But you have to stop PMOing. For good.

Give your dick a rest. Let it heal. Some members have relorted that balms like Shea butter, coca, or Vitamin E help speed healing. Obviously use pure derivatives—lotions can have alcohol and other chemicals that may cause burning. And if you feel lotion applicational may cause you to MO, don’t do it.

Personally, I’d give it another 60 days and see what happens. Surgery on your purple-headed warrior is the LAST resort.

You're so nice to answer me - thank you so much :)

You really think 60 days is enough? I am prepared to fix this for life - it is ruining relationships and ending them because I cannot cum. Did this happen to you as well?

I just want to hear people who have been in the exact same boat and fixed it properly!

    Thanks mate :)

Been using porn and masturbation a very long time, a addiction. I had delayed ejaculation before NoFap and after 60 days I started to get sensitive again. I had problems with PE during NoFap but it's almost gone now.

Cream to regain your sensitivity? My best guess would be coconut oil or some cream with vitamin e and shea butter

so you went from having DE and only YOU being able to make yourself cum without a woman - to having PE with a girl after 60 days?!?!

Have you never touched porn again or masturbated?

    No Porn: 1.5 years
    No Masturbation 1 year

Yeah, when the penis become sensitive, you will have a lot less stamina in bed and some develop PE. This will go away once you are totally healed.
