    I am checking in for this week. U feel a lot of little urges. Still I work myself through this with a lot of inner work I do.

    Hey there, this is my check in. I am doing fine still struggling with some urges from time to time. But I can clearly see that they are fueled by other needs which are not met at the moment.

    I work on keeping my focus at gaining momentum and applying my creative habits to work through this.

  4. As well, I definetely defeating porn.
    Today I slipped again, but I didn't watched porn, like I did last month.
    I am decreasing relapse, but even when I relapse I am stopping myself from using it.

    I found the root cause of my urges in this moment, and it's stress of choice.
    I reached a goal, and now I need to move forward and make some big choices, and it scares me.
    But I have to act.

    Hey man, I totally get that.

    To find out why I was scared was a good way to solve insecurity and handle fear.
    To know what you want, you have to
    1) Find out why you are scared
    2) Search for the pit this Fear comes from (The Situation -Facts)
    3) Find the story attached to it (What do you tell yourself)
    4) Find out if this is true and if not what would be possible?
    5) What would you want instead?
    6) How would that feel and what story do then tell yourself?
    7) What possibilities do you have now?
