1 day and feeling lonely!!!

day 1 and feeling lonely don't get me wrong feeling a little lonely is good nothing wrong with that seems like feeling like this protects me from the addiction the only problem is that when this gets very deep I cant control it anymore and I use porn to escape ...but just a little is ok ... I don't know why but I think I even like this ....feeling a little lonely once in a while makes me feel alive .. I rather feel lonely than to face the porn urges or the shame after pmo

im lonely my whole life, bro. i've got a twin brother, a family(broken though) many collegues(i wont call them friends) but still feel lonely. guess what? thats my personality type and I rest when I'm alone. Though sometimes its cool to talk to other people but you need to find those that are like you. Just do what you like and people will come by. Nevertheless dont feel like you need to do what other people do. Just run cs:go and relax.
