I got so busy yesterday, I completely forgot. I am back to 0.
That's a shame. I'm not including anything I do at the gym, parkour or even yoga, as adding to my count - It doesn't matter when or where I do them, but these are separate.
I hope at least that your reasons for being busy were good ones.

Yes my reasons where good. I had to travel to do some volunteer work. I had to get up early and did not get home till rather late and all I wanted to do was pass out. We fall so we can learn to pick ourselves back up again
