Now, today, It's been a month that I'm sober from Porn, masturbation and orgasm. I was a severe addict to porn and masturbation. It led me to serious issues like anxiety, depression, social anxiety, insomnia, mood swings, body overheat, adrenal fatigue, etc. Yes! all of the symptoms I mentioned... I knew they are caused by PMO but I couldn't get over it! I really was addicted to it. Anyway, 31 days ago I decided to not ruin myself, my life, and my favorite people around me anymore. I decided to get over my addiction and be a better person to build my life the way I want it. Now, It's been a month that I'm sober. It was a hard month not because of PMO abstaining, but because I had all the mentioned symptoms and they bothered me a lot. Now, I also have the symptoms but I am really improved compared to a month ago. My anxiety and depression, my mood swings, my adrenal fatigue are being cured. PMO depletes HGH, testosterone, dopamine and serotonin, and many other neurochemicals in our body. It also makes our hormones and neurotransmitters out of balance. We should abstain from PMO to get improved and cure all these side effects caused by it. If I wanna give an advice to the people who begin this path, I would say sleep, sleep and sleep are the best remedies for all problems caused by PMO. The problem is that PMO also disrupts your sleep pattern and cause you insomnia. But if you could get over it by any means, after two weeks you surely will see the improvements... . I also like to know about your experiences and how you got rid of all the side effects and symptoms caused by PMO.
    Thank you for your time

Congrats man of your 30 days of success. Sleep sleep and more sleep I agree with. I’m having that insomnia problem. I have trouble staying asleep in the night time but all I want to do during the day is go back to sleep. I’ve also had the symptoms of anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue and everything. But stopping pmo has been very hard and making some of those symptoms much worse. I am currently on day 17 but have had several streaks around this day but keep relapsing.

Thanks brother for your congratulations message. I still have a long way to go. my first goal is to achieve 90days!
About you, I completely understand. As you saw, I also had and have all your mentioned issues. The point is that you should understand that these are direct side effects caused by PMO. It really destroys our brains and nerves by disrupting the balance of our hormones and neurotransmitters. So you should abstain from it to cure these symptoms. As I said, the only difficult thing is that these symptoms and side effects need time to disappear. we should resist!
