1 week clean, my journey begins

    Hello all, I've been pretty heavily addicted to porn for almost 8 years, I never realized how bad it had gotten until my girlfriend (long distance) came to visit and I was barely able to perform as I should have, needless to say it was incredibly embarrassing, especially since I had never had problems in the past. I recently found this community and am glad to be here, I'm one week clean from porn and masturbating aswell (I'm not even sure if its possible for me to masturbate without porn at this point). I'm looking forward to begining this journey with like minded individuals!

    Congrats on a week off! I’ve had to deal with long distance as well, and it’s not always easy. But I’m very committed to my relationship and it helped me a lot with the distance and the rebooting process.
